As the founder of Tea N Me, I have a story to tell - a story of struggle, resilience, and triumph.
Picture this: a young woman, a first-generation immigrant and a woman of color, arriving at SeaTac Airport in 1997, leaving her vibrant family behind to pursue her dreams in the land of opportunities. For over 15 years, I thrived in the corporate world, excelling in my profession despite the stress and pressure that came with it.
But when the pandemic hit, everything changed. My job was uncertain, and I found myself struggling to cope with the physical and emotional turmoil caused by the lockdown. That's when I turned to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and the simple pleasure of a daily cup of tea.
Sitting down with a steaming cup of tea became my sanctuary, a comforting ritual that helped me navigate the challenges of a modern, fast-paced life. But I couldn't find the perfect blend - one that would not only taste delicious but also deliver the healing benefits of Ayurveda.
That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands and create Tea N Me, a brand that would offer Ayurvedic-inspired tea blends to help modern professionals live healthier lives. Our blends are infused with high-quality ingredients, including well-known superfoods like Ashwagandha, Moringa, Turmeric, and Holy Basil, to create a delightful and effective experience that goes beyond just a simple cup of tea.
Tea N Me is more than just a business for me; it's a passion project born out of my own struggles and experiences.
