What is Tisane?

Tisane aka “herbal tea” is a water-based blend of herbs, spices, flowers, and other plant-based ingredients.

Does tea expire?

Nope! Tea actually never expires, but it can lose its flavor over time. Our tea has a “best by” date of 18 months from the date of packaging. 

How do I store my tea blends?

To keep the tea’s freshness and flavor intact, store it in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Some of our blends do have dehydrated fruits, which is why our teas have a “best by” date of 18 months from the date of packaging.

How to Make Your Cup of Tea

Our teas can be prepared hot or cold, and steeping instructions are detailed on each tea’s product page.

How long does iced tea keep in the fridge?

Iced tea should be refrigerated and consumed within 2 days.

How do you reuse tea leaves?

Tea leaves are easy to reuse! You can re-steep, compost, or turn them into cookies, cake, and other tasty treats.

How long does it take to get my tea?

All of our in-stock products ship within 1-2 business days and take 3-4 business days for delivery.

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are based on the shipping zip code within US, and range between $3 to $5. Shipping is free for orders over $75.

What is your return policy?

Change your mind on our tea blends? We’re sorry to hear that, but we currently do not accept returns or issue refunds. If your tea arrives to you damaged, email us at hello@teanme.co with photo evidence of the damage as well as your unopened tea bags. We will communicate with you to find a solution. We will not issue refunds if our tea doesn’t give you the physical outcome you were looking for as we recognize every body is different and will react differently to our tea ingredients.

Are there teas I should avoid while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Questions related to personal health should be taken up with your healthcare provider. The ingredient list for each of our teas is provided on each tea’s product page and on our packaging, so you have all the information needed to discuss with your doctor.

How do I create an account?
