Tea N Me only accepts returns on damaged goods that have not been opened. We cannot accept any returns for open packages due to FDA regulations worldwide. This includes customers who are not satisfied with the effectiveness of the tea blends. We can discuss the refund process with any customer who believes their product is damaged or faulty via our contact us page.
We do not accept returns/issue refunds if a customer changes their mind or forgets to use a discount code. In case of damage to the tea in postal transit, and you have photo proof of the damage, along with a complete pack of unopened tea bags, please email us at email@example.com and we will begin communication with you to reach a solution. We do not offer a money-back guarantee. Since we acknowledge that each body is different and may react differently to the health benefits of specific ingredients, we will not issue refunds if you did not achieve the desired physical/aesthetic outcome from our tea.
